WHY IT MATTERS
Across Southeast Asia, millions of mothers can’t afford basic care.
In rural Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines, diapers and infant-care essentials can cost more than a day’s wages. They aren’t covered by any social programme. A clinic shelf in a remote province may go weeks without resupply, and a mother’s choice is often: buy food this week, or buy diapers for the baby.
We won’t ask our customers to fix this. They’re already buying for their own families, and that is enough. Instead, we redirect a fixed percentage of Wermom’s company profit into producing extra units — built specifically to be shipped, free, to the partners who can put them into a mother’s hands the same week she needs them.

HOW THE FUND WORKS

No customer round-up. No big-NGO middlemen. No press tours. Wermom commits, manufactures, and ships — quarterly, on a fixed schedule.

Customers in Canada buy Wermom essentials at fair prices. Our company profits as any other business does.
02 · We produce
A fixed percentage of every quarter’s profit is allocated to a dedicated giving production run — extra diapers, wipes, and belly wraps manufactured to the same standard as retail product.
03 · It ships, free, to her
Wermom’s own team or local representatives receive the pallet in-country and distribute directly to families and community health points. No NGO middleman, no proxy charity, no third party who decides for us — we do it ourselves.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU
Five things we will never do.
- We will never count overhead in our giving figure. 100% of what we count is product, not paperwork. All shipping, customs, and partner-coordination logistics are paid by Wermom from operating budget — never tallied into the giving total above.
- We will never solicit donations from our customers. The giving fund is funded entirely by Wermom’s company profit. You buy for your family. We give from ours.
- We will never publish a number we can’t reconcile. The figures above reflect Wermom’s 2026–2028 in-kind giving commitment. Quarterly disbursement records — shipping manifests, partner receipts — are available on written request to legal@wermom.com.
- We will never pause the production run for a slow quarter. We commit a fixed percentage of profit, not revenue, so the dollar amount adjusts but the rhythm stays steady. We commit to maintain at least our base annual production-run schedule, drawing from reserve where needed.
- We will never forget who this is for. Every Monday morning, our team opens the giving folder before opening the orders folder. The order of attention sets the order of priority.
