By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy together with our Legal Notice, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. The Legal Notice contains material disclosures about how the Site uses dynamic indicators, animated counters, lifestyle imagery, expert portraits, customer reviews, and AI-assisted content. You are encouraged to review it before continuing.
We ship Wermom essentials from our fulfilment centre in the Greater Toronto Area to addresses across Canada. Below is what to expect, what is your responsibility, and what is ours.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all ten Canadian provinces and three territories. We do not ship outside Canada at this time. PO Boxes and rural-route addresses are accepted via Canada Post.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within one to three (1–3) business days of being placed, excluding statutory holidays. Subscription orders ship on their scheduled processing day each cycle. Pre-order and backorder items ship by the date stated on the product page; if that date moves materially, we will email you with the revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
3. Delivery times
After processing, typical delivery times within Canada are:

Standard shipping: three to seven (3–7) business days.

Express shipping: one to three (1–3) business days.

Remote and territorial addresses (YT, NT, NU, parts of NL, far-north postal codes): typically add three to seven (3–7) business days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. Carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or operational disruption are outside our control but we will help you trace any package that is materially late.
4. Shipping cost & free-shipping threshold

Standard shipping is free on orders of CAD $75 or more (after discounts, before tax).

Active subscription orders ship free at every cadence, regardless of order subtotal.

Below the threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout based on destination and carrier.

Express shipping is available at an additional fee shown at checkout.
5. Carriers & tracking
We ship via Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, Intelcom, and similar reputable Canadian carriers, depending on destination and service level. A tracking link is emailed to you automatically once a label is created. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.
6. Address accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided at checkout, including unit numbers, building names, and special instructions. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to either:

Reship the order at your cost (standard rate, no markup); or

Refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any unrecoverable carrier fees.
If you spot an error after placing an order, write to hello@wermom.com immediately. We can usually correct addresses if the order has not yet been packed.
7. Insurance & risk of loss
Standard shipping does not include declared-value insurance unless explicitly noted at checkout. If you would like additional insurance for high-value or irreplaceable orders, contact us before placing the order. By proceeding with standard shipping, you accept that our liability for loss in transit is limited to reshipment of the order or refund of the order amount, at our reasonable choice.
8. Lost or delayed packages

Within Canada, please allow up to fourteen (14) business days from the expected delivery date before considering a package lost.

If your tracking has not updated for seven (7) consecutive business days, contact hello@wermom.com and we will open a trace with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship at no charge or issue a full refund at your choice.

Reports received more than thirty (30) days after the expected delivery date may not be eligible for reshipment or refund, except where required by applicable law.
9. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take a photo of the outer packaging before opening (where possible);

Take a photo of the damaged item;
-
Email returns@wermom.com within seven (7) days of delivery with both photos and your order number.
We will replace the damaged item or issue a refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if a return is required. Reports received after the 7-day window may be reviewed at our discretion.
10. Stolen packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, risk of loss passes to you. We empathise that porch theft happens, and we will help you file a carrier investigation, but we cannot automatically replace or refund packages that are confirmed delivered to the address you provided. Where possible, choose a delivery address attended during business hours, or use a parcel-locker option offered at checkout.
11. Failed delivery & unclaimed packages
If a carrier attempts delivery and the package is unclaimed at a pickup location, the carrier will return it to us. We will contact you to arrange one of:

Reshipping at your cost (standard rate, no markup);

A refund of the order minus the original shipping cost.
12. Holidays & peak periods
Processing and delivery may slow during peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, December holidays, Mother’s Day) and around statutory holidays. We post current cut-off dates on the Site at relevant times of year.
13. Taxes & duties
Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST, HST, PST, QST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. We do not currently ship outside Canada, so duties and import taxes do not apply.
14. Subscription shipping
Subscription orders follow the rules above. You can change your subscription address up to forty-eight (48) hours before the next ship date through your account or by writing to hello@wermom.com. Once a subscription order has entered fulfilment, the address is locked for that cycle.
15. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer-protection law.
